这部电视剧只在03年中央电视台第一套播过一次，地方台从来没播过
的确在央视被删的不止这段，后面完全是中宣部通知所以边播边删
而正版的dvd早在03年5月就被中宣部全部收缴上来
现在在内地能买到的dvd全是盗版
还广告商？民运党媒体。哈 哈？？

Well, historically, Dr. Sun never said this speech and this is a completely dramatic creation of the TV series director. As result, it is criticizing the history of modern China include the present PRC government.
Of course, this part of speech had been cut by the PRC government.
